Common use of Vehicle Expenses and Parking Clause in Contracts

Vehicle Expenses and Parking. Commencing January 1, 2004 and provided that the Employee has a valid driver's license and valid vehicle license, the Company shall pay the Employee monthly a vehicle maintenance allowance in an amount in NIS equal to US $150 (US Dollars One Hundred and Fifty) (calculated at the Representative Rate). This amount shall be paid as the Company's participation in the Employee's expenses in maintaining his vehicle so that it is available for use by the Employee in connection with Company business, including travel between his residence and his place of work. The Company shall arrange for parking for the Employee at his place of work and shall reimburse him for his parking expenses based on receipts he shall produce to the Company.
