VEHICLE DELIVERY. Where requested by the customer, Innovated Leasing will arrange for the delivery of a vehicle purchased to a location specified by the customer. Innovated Leasing will not be liable for any delay, loss, theft, damage, claims, demands, actions, suits, proceedings, penalties, costs or expenses howsoever caused. Where requested, Innovated Leasing will arrange for one or more fuel cards to be issued to the Customer and will be administered by Innovated Leasing on the following basis:
