Common use of Vector Control Clause in Contracts

Vector Control. Contractor shall use Prudent Solid Waste Practices to control birds, rodents, insects and other disease carrying or breeding organisms, consistent with Applicable Law. Contractor shall provide any chemical sprays, traps and similar measures approved by Governmental Authority to control these pests, as necessary.
