VDSA USER GUIDE. A “VDSA User Guide” has been produced to accompany this Agreement. The VDSA User Guide is designed to accommodate the ordinary process changes and revisions that result from ongoing program operations. Current operational versions of all input and response data files can be found in the VDSA User Guide. Instructions for preparing a VDSA for signature are given in Section A of the VDSA User Guide.
