Common use of Various approaches Clause in Contracts

Various approaches. Principal may at any time and in its absolute discretion: (a) negotiate with any of the Tenderers, or any other person; (b) request any Tenderer to submit an improved or an alternative offer; (c) cease negotiations or recommence negotiations with any Tenderer; (d) accept a proposal by any Tenderer; (e) accept only part of a proposal by any Tenderer; or (f) reject all proposals. For the avoidance of doubt, a proposal is not accepted unless and until the Principal executes a binding written contract for the provision of the goods or services the subject of the proposal.
