VARIATION ORDERS. 9.2.1 Add the following sentence to 9.2.1 The Contractor must give immediate notice to the Engineer of any direction received from any representative of the Principal (or, where the Principal is the Ministry of Education, any representative of the School). The Contractor shall not be obliged to comply with any such instruction unless confirmed in writing by the Engineer. The Contractor will not be entitled to any adjustment to the Contract Price or the Due Date for Completion unless and to the extent the Engineer issues an order in writing instructing a Variation.
