Variation or Amendment. a. Except as expressly set forth in this Insurance Contract, no variation or amendment of this Insurance Contract shall be binding on either Party unless and to the extent that such variation is recorded in a written document executed by both Parties but where any such document exists and is so signed, neither Party shall allege that such document is not binding by virtue of an absence of consideration.
