Variable Schedules. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, the implementation of any variation in hours shall not result in any additional overtime work or additional payment by reason only of such variation, nor shall it be deemed to prohibit the right of the Employer to schedule any hours of work permitted by the terms of this Agreement.
Variable Schedules. (a) The scheduled hours of work of any day shall be set forth in a variable schedule and may exceed or be less than seven decimal five (7.5) hours; starting and finishing times, meal breaks and rest periods shall be determined according to operational requirements as determined by the Employer and the daily hours of work shall be consecutive.
Variable Schedules. 19. Calendars will be distributed to the customer by email between the 15th and 18th of the preceding month.
Variable Schedules. 19. We make every attempt to work with parents who have variable schedules. For your child’s safety, we MUST know his/her schedule by the 25th of the preceding month. If we do no receive your calendar by this time, there will be a $25.00 late fee and your child will not be able to attend until we receive his/her schedule.
