To determine the Annual Percentage Rate, we add a margin to the index. The margin for your Account is shown in the Account Disclosure that accompanies, and is a part of, this Agreement. The Annual Percentage Rate may change on the first day of each billing cycle, based on the most recent index value as of the tenth day of the previous month.
