Value Index Fund Clause Samples
The Value Index Fund clause defines the establishment and operation of a fund that invests primarily in securities considered undervalued relative to their intrinsic worth. This clause typically outlines the criteria for selecting investments, such as low price-to-earnings ratios or strong fundamentals, and may specify the benchmarks or indices used to measure fund performance. Its core practical function is to provide a structured approach for managing investments with a value-oriented strategy, aiming to maximize returns by capitalizing on market inefficiencies.
