Common use of Value Index Fund Clause in Contracts

Value Index Fund. Effective June 1, 2013, the Adviser voluntarily agrees to reduce its advisory fee that would be payable by the Mid Cap Value Index Fund (after giving effect to asset-based breakpoints) by 0.15% of the Mid Cap Value Index Fund's average daily net assets. The Adviser may terminate this voluntary waiver at any time upon notice to the Mid Cap Value Index Fund.
