Value Add. Quarterly Service Providers must provide a report on value added Services provided in accordance with the Panel Deed during the quarter including: • The Agency and name of the contact to whom the advice or Service was provided; • The date; • The Sub-Panel and Area of Law; • The nature of the value added service. Note that no details sufficient to identify the issue or the advice given should be provided. To be provided quarterly or as otherwise required by Panel Contract Manager (Using template provided by Panel Contract Manager) Reports to be provided by Service Providers To the Panel Deed or Panel Contract Manager.
