VALUATION OF MINERALS. (a) The independent appraiser selected or appointed pursuant to section 5.03 shall determine the purchase price of Crown Minerals which Saskatchewan has agreed to sell to the Band by determining the net present day value to Saskatchewan of the Provincial Mineral Revenues that Saskatchewan would have earned if not for the transfer of the Minerals to the Band.
