Valuation of Account Balance. The Account balance of a Retired, Deceased or Disabled Participant shall be valued as of the Valuation Date coinciding with or immediately preceding the date distribution is made to such Participant or Beneficiary, as applicable (and shall include such Participant’s pro rata share of the Company contribution under Section 3.1(c), as determined under Section 6.4(b), if any, for the year in which such Participant terminated employment).
