This agreement shall enure to the benefit of and be binding upon the successors and assigns of the Parties to this agreement. The Parties agree that this agreement, including its appendices, embodies the entire agreement of the Parties with regard to the matters dealt within it and that no understandings or agreements, verbal or otherwise, concerning such matters exist among the Parties except as expressly set out in this agreement.
