Vacation Seniority Date. An employee’s Vacation Seniority begins on the date an employee is placed on the Company’s payroll and is used to determine vacation accrual and vacation bidding. Employees will stop accruing Vacation Seniority and their date will be adjusted for periods of educational and personal leaves of absence that exceed 90 days for all employees, and for periods on furlough that exceed 90 days.
