Vacation Programs Clause Samples

The 'Vacation Programs' clause defines the terms and conditions under which employees may participate in company-sponsored vacation or leave programs. Typically, this clause outlines eligibility criteria, application procedures, and the duration or timing of available vacation periods. For example, it may specify that only full-time employees with a certain tenure can apply, or detail how vacation time is scheduled to ensure adequate staffing. The core function of this clause is to provide clear guidelines for both employees and management, ensuring fair access to vacation opportunities while maintaining operational efficiency.
Vacation Programs. 3.1 During school breaks, students at the West and East Wilmington Schools will be encouraged to participate in educational programs. Programs will feature learning activities to boost student achievement in a meaningful way. Programs may include, without limitation, literacy, STEAM, math, or project-based activities to boost student achievement. Additionally, programs will feature social-emotional supports and full access to wellness services. The State’s obligation to fund the vacation programs contemplated in this provision shall be satisfied by providing the funding set forth in Section B.2.1.
Vacation Programs. When schools are on vacation, a full day program may be available only at selected sites. Registration for these programs is separate from the regular preschool program, and is accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Enrollment information will be distributed at the Preschool Center. The locations of these programs vary. We work with the School District to secure the best possible site for each program, but all sites are not available. Parents are responsible for providing lunch for their children.
