Vacation Preferences. (a) Preference in the selection and allocation of vacation time shall be determined on the basis of seniority.
Vacation Preferences. The periods at which employees shall take vacation shall be based on the selection by the employee according to seniority in each department, provided that the Department Supervisor is able to retain an adequate and competent staff to meet the normal requirements of the department.
