Vacation/Non-Prime Time. Vacation during non-prime time will be granted on a first-come first-served basis. Nurses shall present written requests for vacation to their Nurse Manager as far in advance as possible, but not less than three (3) weeks before the work schedule is posted. Nurses will be notified in writing within fourteen (14) days whether the vacation is approved.
