Common use of Vacation Days Clause in Contracts

Vacation Days. Executive shall be entitled to twenty (20) days paid vacation each calendar year during the Term. Vacation days shall accrue in accordance with the policy established by the Company for its executives from time to time and the extent not used, shall not be carried over to the next calendar year.

Vacation Days. The Executive shall be entitled to twenty (20) days paid of vacation for each calendar year Fiscal Year consistent with the Company’s vacation policy for Senior Management officers. The vacation days are earned for a given Fiscal Year during that same Fiscal Year; as a result, for any portion of a Fiscal Year worked, the vacation shall be prorated on the basis of the number of days worked during the TermFiscal Year. Vacation Unused vacation days shall accrue in accordance with the policy established by the Company for its executives from time to time and the extent not used, shall may not be carried over from year to the next calendar year.
