Common use of Vacation Days Clause in Contracts

Vacation Days. The Employee shall be entitled to the number of paid holidays and paid vacation days in accordance with the Company’s existing holiday and vacation policy.

Vacation Days. The Employee shall be entitled to the number of paid holidays vacation days and paid holidays in each year as is determined by the Bank from time-to-time for employees of similar title and/or length of service, provided that the aggregate annual number of such vacation days in accordance with and paid holidays shall at no time fall below the Company’s existing holiday and vacation policynumber of days per year to which he was entitled on the Effective Date.

Vacation Days. The During the Term, Employee shall be entitled to the number of paid holidays and paid vacation days in accordance with Employer's policies with respect to such vacation days in place from time to time and applicable to the Company’s existing holiday and Chief Executive Officer of Employer; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that Employee shall accrue or earn no less than 20 paid vacation policydays per calendar year.
