Vacancy Reports. MDPD shall submit a monthly report detailing the number of vacant positions to the Town Manager by the fifteenth (15th) day of the month immediately following the month in which the vacancy occurred. The report shall state whether the MDPD complied with the minimum number of requisite police patrol staffing levels was met for the reporting period.

The Department of Public Health may provide UAPD represented employees with reasonable release time for participating in activities directly related to recruiting physicians.
