Common use of Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Ltd Clause in Contracts

Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Ltd. Lucknow – a Company incorporated in India and registered under the Companies Xxx, 0000, having its registered office at Shakti Bhawan, 14 – Ashok Marg, Lucknow – 226 001 (herein after referred to as “UPPCL”, or “Procurer” which expression shall unless repugnant to or inconsistent with the context, mean and include its successors and permitted assigns) of the FIRST PART; and

Lucknow – a Company incorporated in India and registered under the Companies Xxx, 0000, having its registered office at Shakti Bhawan, 14 – Ashok Marg, Lucknow – 226 001 226001 (herein after Hereinafter referred to as “UPPCL”, UPPCL or “Procurer” which expression shall shall, unless repugnant to the context or inconsistent with the contextmeaning thereof, mean and be deemed to include its successors and permitted assigns) as a Party of the FIRST SECOND PART; andThe SPD and UPPCL are individually referred to as ‘Party’ and collectively referred to as ‘Parties’.
