Utility Rent. Tenant shall pay to Landlord monthly the aggregate cost of furnishing electricity and gas to the Premises during the prior month. Such charges shall be due and payable fifteen (15) days of ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s receipt of a statement of such charges.
