Utility Modifications. A. Plant Water - any piping modifications or connections made to the plant water supply. This includes the proposed water storage tank. B. Plant Compressed Air - any piping or modifications made to the plant compressed air system. C. Plant Electrical Power - any power or circuit breaker panels which are connected to the plant power system D. Waste disposal - any piping, valves or pumps which empty into the waste water holding tank.
