Common use of Utility, Mechanical, and Other Systems Clause in Contracts

Utility, Mechanical, and Other Systems. County, may, or cause or permit others to, construct, maintain, repair, alter, replace, install, and rebuild, over, in, or under the Premises, existing and future utility, mechanical, electrical and other systems and parts thereof, and enter the Premises at all reasonable times for any such purposes, as may, in County's opinion, be deemed necessary or advisable. County, in the exercise of rights hereunder, will not unreasonably interfere with Lessee's actual use and occupancy of the Premises.
