Common use of Utility Cost Clause in Contracts

Utility Cost. If the Subleased Premises are not separately metered for a given Utility (as defined below), and to the extent the charge for such Utility is not already included as an “Operating Expense”, within thirty (30) days of written demand by Sublandlord, Subtenant shall pay each month, as Additional Rent, Subtenant’s Share of the cost of such utility.
