USES AND PRACTICES. Lessee shall not make or permit any use of the leased property, which will be unlawful, improper, or contrary to any applicable law or ordinance. Lessee shall use and occupy the property for planting, growing, and harvesting a community garden and for any other approved activities directly related to those gardening activities only.
