Users & System Access Sample Clauses
Users & System Access. Subscriber is responsible and liable for: (a) Users’ use of March Networks Technology and Professional Services, including without limitation unauthorized User conduct and any User conduct that would violate the AUP or the requirements of this Agreement applicable to Subscriber; and (b) any use of March Networks Technology or Professional Services through Subscriber’s account, whether authorized or unauthorized.
Users & System Access. Customer is responsible and liable for: (a) Users’ use of the System, including without limitation unauthorized User conduct and any User conduct that would violate the AUP or the requirements of this Agreement applicable to Customer; and (b) any use of the System through Customer’s account, whether authorized or unauthorized.
