User Manuals. 1. M&I shall provide Customer with a copy of the ACH User Manual and any updates to such manual. Customer agrees to comply with the requirements of such manual. 2. It shall be Customer's responsibility, and Customer is authorized, to forward a copy of the applicable portion of the ACH User Manual, and any updates 54 thereto, to Customer's depositors that utilize the PC ACH Service.
