Common use of User Management Clause in Contracts

User Management. Customer will (i) be responsible for all use of the Moveworks Product under its account (whether or not authorized), (ii) use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to or use of the Moveworks Product and notify Moveworks promptly of any such unauthorized access or use and (iii) be responsible for obtaining and maintaining any equipment, software and ancillary services needed to connect to, access or otherwise use the Moveworks Product, including as set forth in the Documentation. Customer will be solely responsible for its failure to maintain such equipment, software and services, and Moveworks will have no liability for such failure (including under any service level agreement, if applicable). In addition, Customer will be responsible for ensuring that its systems (e.g., APIs) have sufficient bandwidth to use the Moveworks Product.
