User License for Authorized Users Sample Clauses
The 'User License for Authorized Users' clause defines the permissions granted to specific individuals or entities to access and use a product, service, or software. Typically, this clause outlines who qualifies as an authorized user, the scope of their permitted activities, and any restrictions on sharing access or transferring rights. For example, it may allow employees of a company to use a software platform while prohibiting use by third parties. The core function of this clause is to control and limit usage to designated users, thereby protecting the provider’s intellectual property and ensuring compliance with licensing terms.
