Common use of User Conduct Clause in Contracts

User Conduct. You agree not to use the MBS or the content or information delivered through the MBS in any way that would (i) infringe any third-party copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy, including any rights in the MBS software or the Mobile Applications, (ii) be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items, including, but not limited to, use of the MBS to impersonate another person or entity, (iii) violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising), (iv) be false, misleading or inaccurate, (v) create liability for us or our affiliates or service providers, or cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of any of our service providers, (vi) be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing, (vii) potentially be perceived as illegal, offensive or objectionable, (viii) interfere with or disrupt computer networks connected to the MBS, (ix) interfere with or disrupt the use of the MBS by any other user, (x) result in unauthorized entry or access to the computer systems or networks of others; (xi) send unsolicited electronic mail messages (also known as spam).

You agree not to use the MBS Mobile Banking Service or the content or information delivered through the MBS Mobile Banking Service in any way that would (i) infringe any third-party copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy, including any rights in the MBS software or the Mobile ApplicationsBanking Service software, (ii) be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items, including, but not limited to, use of the MBS Mobile Banking Service to impersonate another person or entity, (iii) violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-anti- discrimination or false advertising), (iv) be false, misleading or inaccurate, (v) create liability for us or our affiliates or service providers, or cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of any of our service providers, (vi) be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing, (vii) potentially be perceived as illegal, offensive or objectionable, (viii) interfere with or disrupt computer networks connected to the MBSMobile Banking Service, (ix) interfere with or disrupt the use of the MBS Mobile Banking Service by any other user, or (x) result in unauthorized entry or access to the computer systems or networks of others; (xi) send unsolicited electronic mail messages (also known as spam).

You agree not to use the MBS Business Online Banking service or the UBT Biz Mobile application or the content or information delivered through the MBS Mobile Banking in any way that would would: (ia) infringe any third-party copyright, patentpatents, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy, including any rights in the MBS software or the Mobile Applications, Software; (iib) be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items, including, but not limited to, use of the MBS Mobile Banking to impersonate another person or entity, ; (iiic) violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising), ; (ivd) be false, misleading or inaccurate, ; (ve) create liability for us or our affiliates or service providers, or cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of any of our service providers, ; (vif) be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing, ; (viig) potentially be perceived as illegal, offensive or objectionable, ; (viiih) interfere with or disrupt computer networks connected to the MBS, Mobile Banking; (ixi) interfere with or disrupt the use of the MBS Mobile Banking by any other user, ; or (xj) result use Mobile Banking in such a manner as to gain unauthorized entry or access to the computer systems or networks of others; (xi) send unsolicited electronic mail messages (also known as spam).

You agree not to use the MBS Mobile Banking Service or the content or information delivered through the MBS Mobile Banking Service in any way that would (i) infringe any third-party third‐party copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy, including any rights in the MBS software or the Mobile ApplicationsBanking Service software, (ii) be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items, including, but not limited to, use of the MBS Mobile Banking Service to impersonate another person or entity, (iii) violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-anti‐ discrimination or false advertising), (iv) be false, misleading or inaccurate, (v) create liability for us or our affiliates or service providers, or cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of any of our service providers, (vi) be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing, (vii) potentially be perceived as illegal, offensive or objectionable, (viii) interfere with or disrupt computer networks connected to the MBSMobile Banking Service, (ix) interfere with or disrupt the use of the MBS Mobile Banking Service by any other user, or (x) result in unauthorized entry or access to the computer systems or networks of others; (xi) send unsolicited electronic mail messages (also known as spam).

You agree not to use the MBS Mobile Banking – Mobiliti or the content or information delivered through the MBS Mobile Banking – Mobiliti in any way that would would: (i) infringe any third-party copyright, patentpatents, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy, including any rights in the MBS software or the Mobile Applications, software; (ii) be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items, including, but not limited to, use of the MBS Mobile Banking – Mobiliti to impersonate another person or entity, ; (iii) violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising), ; (iv) be false, misleading or inaccurate, ; (v) create liability for us or our affiliates or service providers, or cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of any of our service providers, ; (vi) be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing, ; (vii) potentially be perceived as illegal, offensive or objectionable, ; (viii) interfere with or disrupt computer networks connected to the MBS, Mobile Banking – Mobilit; (ix) interfere with or disrupt the use of the MBS Mobile Banking – Mobiliti by any other user, ; or (x) result use Mobile Banking – Mobiliti in such a manner as to gain unauthorized entry or access to the computer systems or networks of others; (xi) send unsolicited electronic mail messages (also known as spam).

You agree not to use the MBS Mobile Banking Service or the content or information delivered through the MBS Mobile Banking Service in any way that would would: (ia) infringe any third-third- party copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy, including any rights in the MBS any software or associated with the Mobile Applications, Banking Service; (iib) be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items, including, but not limited to, use of the MBS Mobile Banking Service to impersonate another person or entity, ; (iiic) violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising), ; (ivd) be false, misleading or inaccurate, ; (ve) create liability for us or our affiliates or service providers, or cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of any of our service providers, ; (vif) be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing, ; (viig) potentially be perceived as illegal, offensive or objectionable, ; (viiih) interfere with or disrupt computer networks connected to the MBS, Mobile Banking Service; (ixi) interfere with or disrupt the use of the MBS Mobile Banking Service by any other user, ; or (xj) result use the Mobile Banking Service in such a manner as to gain unauthorized entry or access to the computer systems or networks of others; (xi) send unsolicited electronic mail messages (also known as spam).
