Common use of User Conduct Clause in Contracts

User Conduct. You agree not to use Mobile Banking or the content or information delivered through Mobile Banking in any way that would: (a) infringe any third-party copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy, including any rights in the Software; (b) be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items, including, but not limited to, use of Mobile Banking to impersonate another person or entity; (c) violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising); (d) be false, misleading or inaccurate; (e) create liability for us or our affiliates or service providers, or cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of any of our service providers;

You agree not to use Mobile Banking or the content or information delivered through Mobile Banking in any way that would: (a) infringe any third-party copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy, including any rights in the Software; (b) be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items, including, but not limited to, use of Mobile Banking to impersonate another person or entity; (c) violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising); (d) be false, misleading or inaccurate; (e) create liability for us or our affiliates or service providers, or cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of any of our service providers;

You agree not to use Mobile Banking APCIRCUIT or the content or information delivered through Mobile Banking this Service in any way that would: (a) infringe any third-third party copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy, including any rights in the Software; (b) be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items, including, but not limited to, use of Mobile Banking APCIRCUIT to impersonate another person or entity; (c) violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising); (d) be false, misleading or inaccurate; (e) create liability for us or our affiliates or service providers, or cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of any of our service providers;

You agree not to use Mobile Banking mobile banking or the content or information delivered through Mobile Banking this service in any way that would: (a) infringe on any third-party copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy, including any rights in the Softwaresoftware application; (b) be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items, including, including but not limited to, to the use of Mobile Banking mobile banking to impersonate another person or entity; (c) violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, including but not limited to, to those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising); (d) be false, misleading misleading, or inaccurate; (e) create liability for us or our affiliates or service providers, or cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of any of our service providers;

User Conduct. You agree not to use Synovus Gateway Mobile Banking or the content or information delivered through Mobile Banking the App in any way that would: (ai) infringe any third-party copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy, including any rights in the SoftwareApp; (bii) be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items, including, but not limited to, use of Mobile Banking the App to impersonate another person or entity; (ciii) violate any law, statute, ordinance ordinance, or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination anti- discrimination, or false advertising); (div) be false, misleading misleading, or inaccurate; (ev) create liability for us or our affiliates or service providers, or cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of any of our service providers; (vi) be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening, or unlawfully harassing;

User Conduct. You agree not to use Mobile Banking or the content or information delivered through Mobile Banking in any way that would: (a) infringe any third-party copyright, patentpatents, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy, including any rights in the Software; (b) be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items, including, but not limited to, use of Mobile Banking to impersonate another person or entity; (c) violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising); (d) be false, misleading or inaccurate; (e) create liability for us the Bank or our its affiliates or service providers, or cause us the Bank to lose (in whole or in part) the services of any of our the Bank’s service providers;

You agree not to use Mobile Banking or the content or information delivered through Mobile Banking in any way that would: (a) infringe any third-party thirdparty copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy, including any rights in the Software; (b) be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items, including, but not limited to, use of Mobile Banking to impersonate another person or entity; (c) violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising); (d) be false, misleading or inaccurate; (e) create liability for us or our affiliates or service providers, or cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of any of our service providers;

You agree not to use the Mobile Banking Services or the content or information delivered through the Mobile Banking Service in any way that would: (ai) infringe any third-party copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy, including any rights in the Software; (bii) be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items, including, but not limited to, use of the Mobile Banking Service to impersonate another person or entity; (ciii) violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-anti- discrimination or false advertising); (d) be false, misleading or inaccurate; (e) create liability for us or our affiliates or service providers, or cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of any of our service providers;
