User-Based Server License. If your Server Software license is designated as User-Based, the Authorized Users enabled to use such Server Software must not exceed the number of licenses purchased on the Invoice or specified at the time of purchase. For the avoidance of doubt, “User-Based” Server Licenses are also referred to in the Invoice or Documentation as “Web Client” Server Licenses or “Interactor” Server Licenses.

User-Based Server License. If the Server Software license is designated as User-Based, the Authorized Users enabled to use such Server Software across all Production and Non-Production Environments must not exceed the number of licenses purchased on the Schedule. “User-Based” Server Software licenses may also be referred to in Tableau’s documentation as “Web Client” Server Licenses or “Interactor” Server Licenses. (b) Core-Based Server License: If Customer’s Server Software license is designated on the Schedule as Core-Based, for each such license, an unlimited number of Authorized Users may use the Server Software (until Core capacity is reached), provided that the total number of Cores residing on all computers where the Server Software is installed does not exceed the permitted number of Cores identified on the Schedule. When the Server Software is installed and distributed across multiple computers, all the Cores in each of these computers count toward to the total permitted number of Cores.   • Server License We grant you a non-assignable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, worldwide right and license to internally use and install the Software on the number of Server(s) listed in the Order Form for Commercial purposes. Unless stated otherwise in the Order Form, for the purposes of this license grant, you may install the Software on one (1) Machine as a substitute for, and not in addition to, one (1) Server. The total count of Server(s) where the Software is installed must not exceed the number of licenses purchased on the applicable Order Form(s).

  • User License We grant you a non-assignable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, worldwide right and license to internally use and install the Software for the number of user(s) set forth in the Order Form for Commercial purposes.

  • Single User License A Single-User license is for a named individual who is identified as the only Authorized User. This user is not permitted to re-assign, transfer, or sublicense the software, except as described in Section 5, Transfer. This user may install and use the software on up to three computers, as long as the single-user Customer is the sole user of the software. If the computer on which this Software is loaded is attached to a network, this Software must not be accessible by any other user on such network. Single-user licenses may not be installed or used in a virtualized environment in order to or in a manner that circumvents the single user license type.

  • INTERNET-BASED SERVICES Microsoft provides Internet-based services with the software. It may change or cancel them at any time.

Customer is solely responsible for any cost or loss arising out of Customer’s failure or delay to renew the license key.

  • Antivirus software All workstations, laptops and other systems that process and/or store PHI COUNTY discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY must have installed and actively use comprehensive anti-virus software solution with automatic updates scheduled at least daily.

  • License Keys The Software, when used in production, requires a License Key to install or access it. You are responsible for the use of any License Key(s) assigned to you and must not share the License Key(s) with any third party. If your License Key is stolen, or if you suspect any improper or illegal usage of your License Key, you should promptly notify Acumatica of such occurrence. A replacement License Key will be issued to you and the compromised License Key will be disabled.

  • Software License Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Viasat grants to you a personal, non-exclusive, non-assignable and non-transferable license to use and display the software provided by or on behalf of Viasat (including any updates) only for the purpose of accessing the Service ("Software") on any computer(s) on which you are the primary user or which you are authorized to use. Our Privacy Policies provide important information about the Software applications we utilize. Please read the terms very carefully, as they contain important disclosures about the use and security of data transmitted to and from your computer. Unauthorized copying of the Software, including, without limitation, software that has been modified, merged or included with the Software, or the written materials associated therewith, is expressly forbidden. You may not sublicense, assign, or transfer this license or the Software except as permitted in writing by Viasat.
