Use Right. Under the terms of this Agreement, Siemens grants Customer a nonexclusive, nontransferable, limited right for Authorized Users to access and use the Platform. Siemens or its licensors retain title to and ownership of the Platform. Siemens reserves all rights in the Platform and all patents, copyrights, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights not expressly granted herein.
