Use Reports Clause Samples
Use Reports. Contractor shall complete and furnish a pesticide application log to be submitted to the City at the monthly walk through. The log shall have the following information included:
1. The pest to be controlled
2. Method of control
3. Copies of the product labels
4. MSDS Sheets
5. A frequency schedule 6. A copy of the PCA recommendation
Use Reports. GRANTEE shall report to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (a) the name of the Covered Festival/Event, (b) the title of each musical work included within a Performance Video that has been Streamed by GRANTEE on an Authorized Streaming Platform, (c) the author(s) of each such musical work, (d) upload date of the Performance Video, and I each Authorized Streaming Platform(s) on which the Performance Video was Streamed, including each URL. Each Performance Video shall be reported to Tresóna no later than fourteen days following the date on which the Performance Video was uploaded to an Authorized Streaming Platform. Once reported, a Performance Video does not need be reported again during the Term but must be re-reported in any subsequent term. A sample Use Report is attached as Exhibit B.
