Use Report. The Contractor shall, if requested, submit to the Buyer a report of sales made to King County under the Contract. The report, in a format acceptable to King County, shall identify the detail required by the Buyer, which may include but is not limited to, delivery location, the item description, whether it’s a Contract or non-Contract item, quantity, price and discount.
