Any information you provide may be used by us or any of these other parties to complete or otherwise deal with your transaction or comply with any laws, rules or regulations. If there is a dispute between you and us, or between us and any other person (including any merchant, payee, financial institution or other intended or actual recipient of any Xxxx Payment), you authorize us to obtain information regarding you, your Account and your Xxxx Payment obligations (or the absence of them) from any party that was involved in the Xxxx Payment transaction or that might otherwise assist in the resolution of the dispute or problem.
