Common use of Use of the Settlement Fund Clause in Contracts

Use of the Settlement Fund. As further described in this Agreement, the Settlement Fund shall be used by the Settlement Administrator to pay for: (i) all Administrative Expenses; (ii) any Taxes; (iii) any Service Awards; (iv) any Fee Award and Costs; and (v) the Settlement Payments and/or Settlement Benefits, pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Use of the Settlement Fund. As further described in this Agreement, the Settlement Fund shall be used by the Settlement Administrator to pay forfor the following: (i) all Administrative Expensesnotice costs and administrative expenses; (ii) any Taxesfee awards, honouraria and costs; (iii) any Service Awards; settlement payments to Settlement Class Members, and (iv) any Fee Award and Costs; and (v) distribution of Unpaid Funds. No amounts may be withdrawn from the Settlement Payments and/or Settlement Benefits, pursuant to Fund unless expressly authorized by this Agreement or approved by the terms and conditions of this AgreementCourt.

Use of the Settlement Fund. As further described in this Agreement, the Settlement Fund shall be used by the Settlement Administrator to pay forfor the following: (i) all Notice and Administrative Expenses; (ii) any TaxesTaxes and Tax-Related Expenses; (iii) any Service AwardsAwards Payments; (iv) any Fee Award and Costs; and (v) Settlement Payments, and (vi) any payment to a Non- Profit Residual Recipient. As further described in this Agreement, the Settlement Fund including any interest earned shall be used by the Settlement Administrator to pay forfor the following: (i) all Approved Claims; (ii) Notice and Administrative Expenses; (ii) any Taxes; (iii) any Service Awards; and (iv) any Fee Award and Costs; and (v) Costs approved by the Court. No amounts may be withdrawn from the Settlement Payments and/or Settlement Benefits, pursuant to Fund unless expressly authorized by this Agreement or approved by the terms and conditions of this AgreementCourt.
