Common use of Use of the COF Grant Proceeds Clause in Contracts

Use of the COF Grant Proceeds. The [Company / Locality / Authority] will use the COF Grant proceeds to pay or reimburse the cost of [public and private utility extension or capacity development for the Facility, whether on or off site,] [public and private installation, extension, or capacity development of high-speed or broadband Internet access for the Facility, whether on or off site,] [road, rail, or other transportation access costs supporting the Facility beyond the funding capability of existing programs,] [site acquisition,] [grading, drainage, paving, and any other activity required to prepare the Facility site for construction,] [construction or build- out of publicly or privately owned buildings for the Facility, and] [recruitment and training], [all] as permitted by Section 2.2-115(D) of the Virginia Code.
