Common use of Use of the COF Grant Proceeds Clause in Contracts

Use of the COF Grant Proceeds. The COF Grant proceeds shall be used to pay for or reimburse the cost for the renovation and build-out of the Facility, as permitted by Section 2.2-115(D) of the Virginia Code.
