Common use of Use of Sub-Advisor’s Name Clause in Contracts

Use of Sub-Advisor’s Name. During the term of this Agreement, the Advisor shall have permission to use the Sub-Advisor’s name in the marketing of the Fund, and agrees to furnish the Sub-Advisor at its principal office all prospectuses, proxy statements and reports to shareholders prepared for distribution to shareholders of the Fund or the public, which refer to the Sub-Advisor in any way.

Use of Sub-Advisor’s Name. During the term of this Agreement, the Advisor shall have permission to use the Sub-Advisor’s name in the name of, and in the marketing of of, the Fund, and agrees to furnish the Sub-Advisor at its principal office all marketing materials, prospectuses, proxy statements and reports to shareholders prepared for distribution to shareholders of the Fund or the public, which refer to the Sub-Advisor in any way.

Use of Sub-Advisor’s Name. During the term of this Agreement, the Advisor shall have permission to use the Sub-Advisor’s 's name in the marketing of the Fund, and agrees to furnish the Sub-Advisor at its principal office all prospectuses, proxy statements and reports to shareholders prepared for distribution to shareholders of the Fund or the public, which refer to the Sub-Advisor in any way.

Use of Sub-Advisor’s Name. During the term of this Agreement, the Advisor shall have permission to use the Sub-Advisor’s 's name in the marketing of the Fund, and agrees to furnish the Sub-Advisor at its principal office all marketing materials, prospectuses, proxy statements and reports to shareholders prepared for distribution to shareholders of the Fund or the public, which refer to the Sub-Advisor in any way.

Use of Sub-Advisor’s Name. During the term of this Agreement, the Advisor shall have permission to use the Sub-Advisor’s name in the marketing of the Fund, and agrees to furnish the Sub-Advisor at its principal office in advance of such use all prospectuses, proxy statements and reports to shareholders prepared for distribution to shareholders of the Fund or the public, which refer to the Sub-Advisor in any way.

Use of Sub-Advisor’s Name. During the term of this Agreement, the Advisor shall have permission to use the Sub-Advisor’s name in the marketing of the Fund, Fund and agrees to furnish the Sub-Advisor at its principal office all prospectuses, proxy statements and reports to shareholders prepared for distribution to shareholders of the Fund or the public, which refer to the Sub-Advisor in any way.

Use of Sub-Advisor’s Name. During the term of this Agreement, the Advisor shall have permission to use the Sub-Advisor’s name in the name of, and in the marketing of of, the Fund, and agrees to furnish the Sub-Advisor Advisor, upon request, at its principal office all marketing materials, prospectuses, proxy statements and reports to shareholders prepared for distribution to shareholders of the Fund or the public, which refer to the Sub-Advisor in any way.

Use of Sub-Advisor’s Name. During the term of this Agreement, the Advisor shall have permission to use the Sub-Advisor’s name in the marketing of the Fund, Fund and agrees to furnish the Sub-Advisor at its principal office all prospectuses, proxy statements and reports to shareholders prepared for distribution to shareholders of the Fund or the public, which refer to the Sub-Advisor in any way, in the manner and within the time period specified in Section 8(g) of this Agreement.

Use of Sub-Advisor’s Name. During the term of this Agreement, the Advisor shall have permission to use the Sub-Advisor’s 's name in the marketing of the Fund, and agrees to furnish the Sub-Advisor at its principal office all prospectuses, proxy statements and reports to shareholders prepared for distribution to shareholders of the Fund or the public, which refer to the Sub-Advisor in any way, prior to the time such documents are provided to shareholders.

Use of Sub-Advisor’s Name. During the term of this Agreement, the Advisor shall have permission to use the Sub-Advisor’s name as part of the Fund’s name and in the marketing of the Fund, and agrees to furnish the Sub-Advisor at its principal office all marketing materials, prospectuses, proxy statements and reports to shareholders prepared for distribution to shareholders of the Fund or the public, which refer to the Sub-Advisor in any way.

Use of Sub-Advisor’s Name. During the term of this Agreement, the Advisor shall have permission to use the Sub-Advisor’s 's name as part of the Fund's name and in the marketing of the Fund, and agrees to furnish the Sub-Advisor at its principal office all marketing materials, prospectuses, proxy statements and reports to shareholders prepared for distribution to shareholders of the Fund or the public, which refer to the Sub-Advisor in any way.

Use of Sub-Advisor’s Name. During the term of this Agreement, the Advisor shall have permission to use the Sub-Advisor’s name when identifying the Sub-Advisor as a sub-adviser to the Fund in the marketing of the Fund, and agrees to furnish the Sub-Advisor at its principal office all other references to the Sub-Advisor for approval before including such information in the prospectuses, proxy statements and reports to shareholders prepared for distribution to shareholders of the Fund or the public, which refer to the Sub-Advisor in any way.

Use of Sub-Advisor’s Name. During the term of this Agreement, the Advisor shall have permission to use the Sub-Advisor’s 's name in the marketing of the Fund, and agrees to furnish the Sub-Advisor at its principal office all prospectuses, proxy statements and reports to shareholders prepared for distribution to shareholders of the Fund or the public, which public that refer to the Sub-Advisor in any way.

Use of Sub-Advisor’s Name. During the term of this Agreement, the Advisor shall have permission to use the Sub-Advisor’s name in the marketing of the Fund, and agrees to furnish the Sub-Advisor at its principal office all prospectuses, proxy statements and reports to shareholders prepared for distribution to shareholders of the Fund or the public, which refer to the Sub-Advisor in any way. If the Sub-Advisor has a reasonable objection to the manner in which its name is used in marketing the Fund, the Advisor shall promptly revise its marketing material in a manner that is reasonably acceptable to the Sub-Advisor.

Use of Sub-Advisor’s Name. During the term of this Agreement, the Advisor shall have permission to use the Sub-Advisor’s name in the marketing of the Fund, and agrees to furnish the Sub-Advisor at its principal office all prospectuses, proxy statements and reports to shareholders prepared for prior to distribution to shareholders of the Fund or the public, which refer to the Sub-Advisor in any way.

Use of Sub-Advisor’s Name. Use of Sub-Advisor’s Name. During the term of this Agreement, the Advisor shall have permission to use the Sub-Advisor’s name in the marketing of the Fund, and agrees to furnish the Sub-Advisor at its principal office all prospectuses, proxy statements and reports to shareholders prepared for distribution to shareholders of the Fund or the public, which refer to the Sub-Advisor in any way. The first usage of any such marketing materials referencing Sub-Advisor’s name shall be approved by Sub-Advisor (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld).

Use of Sub-Advisor’s Name. During the term of this Agreement, the Advisor shall have permission to use the Sub-Advisor’s 's name in the marketing of the Fund, and agrees to furnish the Sub-Advisor at its principal office all prospectuses, proxy statements and reports to shareholders prepared for distribution to shareholders of the Fund or the public, which refer to the Sub-Advisor in any way. However, prior to the publication of information containing Sub-Advisor's name, Sub-Advisor shall have 5 business days to review and approve.

Use of Sub-Advisor’s Name. During the term of this Agreement, the Advisor shall have permission to use the Sub-Advisor’s name in the marketing of the Fund, and agrees to furnish to the Sub-Advisor at its principal office in advance of distribution all prospectuses, proxy statements and reports to shareholders prepared for distribution to shareholders of the Fund or the public, which refer to the Sub-Advisor in any way.

Use of Sub-Advisor’s Name. During the term of this Agreement, the Advisor shall have permission to use the Sub-Advisor’s name in the marketing of the Fund, and agrees to furnish the Sub-Advisor at its principal office all prospectuses, proxy statements and reports to shareholders prepared for distribution to shareholders of the Fund or the public, which refer to the Sub-Advisor in any way, and to make such changes to any information relating to the Sub-Adviser as may be reasonably requested.

Use of Sub-Advisor’s Name. During the term of this Agreement, the Advisor shall have permission to use the Sub-Advisor’s 's name in for the limited purpose of the marketing of the Fund, and agrees to furnish the Sub-Advisor at its principal office all prospectuses, proxy statements and reports to shareholders prepared for distribution to shareholders of the Fund or the public, which refer to the Sub-Advisor in any way.

Use of Sub-Advisor’s Name. During the term of this Agreement, the Advisor shall have permission to use the Sub-Advisor’s 's name in the marketing of the Fund, and agrees to furnish the Sub-Advisor at its principal office all prospectuses, proxy statements and reports to shareholders prepared for distribution to shareholders of the Fund or the public, which refer to the Sub-Advisor in any way. Following the termination of this Agreement for any reason, such rights shall terminate and the Sub-Advisor's name shall not be used in any such materials.

Use of Sub-Advisor’s Name. During the term of this Agreement, the Advisor shall have permission to use the Sub-Advisor’s 's name in the name of, and in the marketing of of, the Fund, and agrees to furnish the Sub-Advisor at its principal office all marketing materials, prospectuses, proxy statements and reports to shareholders prepared for distribution to shareholders of the Fund or the public, which refer to the Sub-Advisor in any way.

Use of Sub-Advisor’s Name. During the term of this Agreement, the Advisor shall have permission to use the Sub-Advisor’s name in the marketing of the Fund, and agrees to furnish the Sub-Advisor at its principal office all prospectuses, proxy statements and reports to shareholders prepared for distribution to shareholders of the Fund or the public, which refer to the Sub-Advisor in any way. Following the termination of this Agreement for any reason, such rights shall terminate and the Sub-Advisor’s name shall not be used in any such materials.

Use of Sub-Advisor’s Name. During the term of this Agreement, the Advisor shall have permission to use the Sub-Advisor’s 's name in the marketing of the FundFunds, and agrees to furnish the Sub-Advisor at its principal office all prospectusesProspectuses, proxy statements and reports to shareholders prepared for distribution to shareholders of the Fund Funds or the public, which refer to the Sub-Advisor in any way.

Use of Sub-Advisor’s Name. During the term of this Agreement, the Advisor shall have permission to use the Sub-Advisor’s name in the marketing of the Fund, and agrees to furnish to the Sub-Advisor at its principal office reasonably in advance of effectiveness all prospectuses, proxy statements and reports to shareholders prepared for distribution to shareholders of the Fund or the public, which refer to the Sub-Advisor in any way.

Use of Sub-Advisor’s Name. During the term of this Agreement, the Advisor shall have permission to use the Sub-Advisor’s name in the marketing of the Fund, and agrees to furnish the Sub-Advisor at its principal office all prospectuses, proxy statements and reports to shareholders prepared for distribution to shareholders of the Fund or the public, which refer to the Sub-Advisor in any way, in the manner and within the time period specified in Section 8(g) of this Agreement.

Use of Sub-Advisor’s Name. During the term of this Agreement, the Advisor shall have permission to use the Sub-Advisor’s name in the marketing of the Fund, and agrees to furnish the Sub-Advisor at its principal office all prospectuses, proxy statements and reports to shareholders prepared for distribution to shareholders of the Fund or the public, which refer to the Sub-Advisor in any way, prior to the time such documents are provided to shareholders.

Use of Sub-Advisor’s Name. During the term of this Agreement, the Advisor shall have permission to use the Sub-Advisor’s name in the marketing of the FundFund to the extent that such usage materially reflects the information contained within the Prospectus then in effect, and agrees to furnish the Sub-Advisor at its principal office all prospectuses, proxy statements statements, marketing materials and reports to shareholders prepared for distribution to shareholders of the Fund or the public, which refer to the Sub-Advisor in any way.

Use of Sub-Advisor’s Name. During the term of this Agreement, the Advisor shall have permission to use the Sub-Advisor’s name in the marketing of the Fund, and agrees to furnish the Sub-Advisor at its principal office all prospectuses, proxy statements and reports to shareholders prepared for distribution to shareholders of the Fund or the public, which refer to the Sub-Advisor in any way. The Advisor will provide the Sub-Advisor an opportunity to review any such references to the Sub-Advisor to be included in such materials in advance of such distribution.

Use of Sub-Advisor’s Name. During the term of this Agreement, the Advisor shall have permission to use the Sub-Advisor’s name or the name “Skerryvore-BennBridge” in the marketing of the Fund, and agrees to furnish the Sub-Advisor at its principal office all prospectuses, proxy statements and reports to shareholders prepared for distribution to shareholders of the Fund or the public, which refer to the Sub-Advisor in any way.

Use of Sub-Advisor’s Name. During the term of this Agreement, the Advisor shall have permission to use the Sub-Advisor’s 's name in the marketing of the Fund, and agrees to furnish to the Sub-Advisor at its principal office in advance of distribution all prospectuses, proxy statements and reports to shareholders prepared for distribution to shareholders of the Fund or the public, which refer to the Sub-Advisor in any way.

Use of Sub-Advisor’s Name. During the term of this Agreement, the Advisor shall have permission to use the Sub-Advisor’s name in the marketing of the Fund, and agrees to furnish the Sub-Advisor at its principal office all marketing materials, prospectuses, statements of additional information, proxy statements and reports to shareholders prepared for distribution to shareholders of the Fund or the public, which refer to the Sub-Advisor in any way.

Use of Sub-Advisor’s Name. During the term of this Agreement, the Advisor shall have permission to use the Sub-Advisor’s 's name in the marketing of the Fund, and agrees to furnish the Sub-Advisor at its principal office all marketing materials, prospectuses, statements of additional information, proxy statements and reports to shareholders prepared for distribution to shareholders of the Fund or the public, which refer to the Sub-Advisor in any way.

Use of Sub-Advisor’s Name. During the term of this Agreement, the Advisor shall have permission to use the Sub-Advisor’s name in the marketing of the Fund, and agrees to furnish the Sub-Advisor at its principal office all prospectuses, proxy statements and reports to shareholders prepared for distribution to shareholders of the Fund or the public, which refer to the Sub-Advisor in any way. The Advisor agrees that the Sub-Advisor may identify the Advisor by name in the Sub-Advisor’s client list. Such list may be used with third parties.

Use of Sub-Advisor’s Name. During the term of this Agreement, the Advisor shall have permission to use the Sub-Advisor’s name in the marketing of the Fund, and agrees to furnish the Sub-Advisor at its principal office all prospectuses, proxy statements and reports to shareholders prepared for distribution to shareholders of the Fund or the public, which refer to the Sub-Advisor in any way.
