Use of State Facilities for Meetings. The state agrees that recognized representatives of the FSFSA shall have access to the premises of the state which are available to the public for the purpose of conducting meetings, in compliance with Department of Management Services Rule 60H-6.007, F.A.C. If any area of the state’s premises is restricted to the public, permission must be requested to enter such areas and such permission will not be unreasonably denied.
