Common use of Use of Proceeds of the Loan Clause in Contracts

Use of Proceeds of the Loan. Section 3.01. The Borrower shall make the proceeds of the Loan available to RDA upon terms and conditions satisfactory to ADB and the Borrower and shall cause RDA to apply such proceeds to the financing of expenditures on the Project in accordance with the provisions of this Loan Agreement, the Special Operations Loan Agreement and the Project Agreement.
