Common use of Use of Proceeds of the Loan Clause in Contracts

Use of Proceeds of the Loan. Section 3.01. The Borrower shall cause the State to apply the proceeds of the Loan to the financing of expenditures for the Program in accordance with the provisions of this Loan Agreement and the Program Agreement.
