Common use of Use of Proceeds; Margin Securities Clause in Contracts

Use of Proceeds; Margin Securities. The proceeds of the Borrowings shall be used by Borrower for working capital in the ordinary course of business, for the acquisition, drilling and development of Oil and Gas Properties, and for other general company purposes. Neither Borrower nor any of its Subsidiaries is engaged principally, or as one of its important activities, in the business of extending credit for the purpose of purchasing or carrying margin stock (within the meaning of Regulations T, U, or X of the Board of Governors), and no part of the proceeds of any Loan will be used to purchase or carry any margin stock or to extend credit to others for the purpose of purchasing or carrying margin stock.
