Margin Stock; Use of Proceeds. No Credit Party shall, and no Credit Party shall suffer or permit any of its Subsidiaries to, use any portion of the Loan proceeds, directly or indirectly, to purchase or carry Margin Stock or repay or otherwise refinance Indebtedness of any Credit Party or others incurred to purchase or carry Margin Stock, or otherwise in any manner which is in contravention of any Requirement of Law or in violation of this Agreement.

Margin Stock; Use of Proceeds. The Borrower is not engaged in the business of extending credit for the purpose of purchasing or carrying margin stock, and no proceeds of any borrowings hereunder will be used for a purpose which violates, or would be inconsistent with, F.R.S. Board Regulation U or X, or any official rulings on or interpretations of such regulations. Terms for which meanings are provided in F.R.S. Board Regulation U or X or any regulations substituted therefor, as from time to time in effect, are used in this Section 5.10 with such meanings. The proceeds of the Loans will be used solely to provide back-up for commercial paper, the proceeds of which will be used or have been used to purchase natural gas, and for other general corporate purposes.
