Use of Firm Name Upon Dissolution. At no time during the operation of the Company or upon the termination and dissolution of the Company shall any value be placed upon the firm name, or the right to its use, or to the goodwill, if any, attached thereto, either for the Members or for the purpose of determining any distributive interest of the Members in accordance with this Agreement.
