Use of Existing Policies. 9.7.1 Subject to Clause 9.7.2 until new policies and procedures are established the Partners will use their pre-existing policies and procedures as applied to the Functions prior to the Commencement Date. Where conflicting policies and/or procedures exist or arise which affect the operation of the Partnership Arrangements then one Partner’s procedures and policies will be adopted by agreement between the Partners and in the absence of agreement the matter will be dealt with under the dispute resolution procedure in Clause 19. 9.7.2 The Partners agree that Seconded Staff, when managing the Council’s budgets and/or finances, will use all relevant Council policies and procedures, and when managing the Trust’s budgets and/or finances, will use all relevant Trust policies and procedures.
